Investing in our community means prioritizing the safety of our residents. It includes working with police, fire, emergency services, and community organizations to address the issues that affect people every day. Good planning, responsible investment, effective enforcement, and strong community partnerships can make a real difference.
Economic Growth
A strong local economy creates opportunity and is essential for our quality of life. I believe in supporting local businesses, encouraging responsible investment, attracting new employers and creating good local jobs. City hall should be a partner, not a roadblock, because a thriving business community means more jobs, more opportunity and a stronger Kelowna.
Infrastructure
Kelowna's infrastructure is the foundation of our community. As our city grows, aging roads, water systems, drainage and other essential infrastructure must be maintained, renewed and upgraded. I believe in a practical, long-term approach by maintaining what we already have, plan for future growth, and invest wisely in modern infrastructure that is reliable, efficient and built to last.
Housing Affordability & Cost of Living
A home should be in reach for people who work, live and contribute to our community. Housing affordability isn't just about building more homes. It is also about creating an economy where people can earn enough to afford one, ownership or rental. The goal should be to work together to make Kelowna a place where people can afford to build a future.
